Organizational Agility and Performance

The Agile Lab of the University of Pavia, in collaboration with University of Cagliari, is conducting a study to assess how agility is embedded across various levels and functions within organizations, and how it impacts overall performance.

The success of this research depends on your valuable participation, and we kindly ask you to complete the following questionnaire. Your input is crucial and will allow us to gather meaningful insights that we will pleased share with you.

The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and includes questions about you and your company. We assure you that all data collected will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Individual responses will not be disclosed, and all results will only be presented in an aggregated form to ensure complete anonymity.
